Congressman Mike Rogers made the following remarks today after the House of Representatives passed the Senate Amendment to H.R. 240, Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2015, to fund the Department of Homeland Security through the end of Fiscal Year 2015.

“I am deeply disappointed the House passed a ‘clean funding bill’ today to fund the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through the end of this Fiscal Year. The decision to surrender in the fight against President Obama’s illegal executive action further weakens our attempts to restore Constitutional balance to this country,” Rogers said.
