Congressman Mike Rogers made the following statement today after President Trump’s announcement of his pick for the U.S. Supreme Court Brett Kavanaugh.

“I think Judge Kavanaugh is an excellent choice to replace Justice Kennedy.  His education and qualifications for the position speak for themselves.  I believe he will uphold our Constitution and I strongly urge my colleagues in the Senate to take swift action and confirm our nominee.”
