Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Representative Mike Rogers (R-AL-03) announced the winner of the Third Congressional District Art Competition.

“I’m glad to announce that Tori Williams, a Senior at Oxford High School, took first place in the Third Congressional District Art Competition, for her artwork titled ‘Enduring Love’. The medium for her winning artwork was graphite pencils. Tori’s artwork will be displayed for one year in the walkway leading to the U.S. Capitol. Congratulations to Tori and to all the students who submitted artwork.”
